Employee Steel Construction and Metal Construction 100% (m/f/d)

What is my role?

• You assist with the assembly and disassembly of steel and metal constructions directly on the construction sites

• You help with aligning, screwing and fastening steel components (e.g. beams, supports, railings, stairs)

• You transport and position components using hand or lifting equipment

• You support welding, drilling and grinding work under the guidance of experienced colleagues

• You take care of the maintenance, servicing and proper handling of tools and equipment

• You ensure compliance with all safety and work regulations on the construction site

What do I need to be successful?

• Manual dexterity and practical understanding

• Ideally some initial experience in metal construction, steel construction or construction work

• Physical fitness and no fear of heights (you will sometimes work at heights)

• Reliability, team spirit and a willingness to get stuck in

• Willingness to work on construction sites at various locations

• Safety awareness and a clean working method

• Basic knowledge in handling hand and power tools

• German language skills for communication on the construction site

• Driving licence category B
