Your varied tasks

• Prepare offers for our international customers and manage projects
• Support salespeople and agents during the offer phase with questions such as product configurations, cost/price calculations, delivery dates, and offer preparation
• You lead the projects during the execution phase by proposing and initiating measures to influence delivery time and cost development
• Organize kick-off and project meetings as well as customer approvals, including preparing your own projects in connection with reviews, margin controls, post-calculations, etc.
• Travel activity up to a maximum of 10%

What you bring with you

• Ideally a technical degree at FH or HF level and initial professional experience preferably in the machinery, chemical, or plastics industry
• A desire to grow into the role of project management, including responsibility for commercial aspects in both the offer and project execution phases
• Project management experience in the machinery or process engineering industry is a plus
• Experience in offering or executing international projects in the field of pump systems would be great
• Knowledge in the areas of motor, gearbox, and pump construction or instrumentation as well as relevant standards is also advantageous
• Fluent in German and English
