Your tasks
In the "IT and Quality Management" section within the central services of KSVA:
- Ensure the availability of the KSVAFR IT systems, focusing on support for office software and specialised applications
- Resolve IT faults and solve technical problems
- Create and update procedural instructions and processes of the section and participate in cross-departmental projects
- Assign the necessary accesses, permissions and equipment to employees according to KSVAFR regulations
- Support the implementation of information security (ISMS) and data protection within KSVAFR
- Provide 1st and 2nd level support within the section
- Ensure contact with external service providers
Desired profile
- Technician HF or EFZ in IT, orientation in corporate IT with professional experience
- With a good sense of listening and responsibility, you demonstrate versatility and team spirit
- Solid knowledge in the areas of security, infrastructure and logistics as well as Microsoft software
- Technical knowledge of equipment and its functioning
- Experience in project management
- Organisational and communication skills, both oral and written
- Dynamic and convincing personality who knows how to take initiative
- Bilingual F/D or very good knowledge of the second language
