Social Educator for our Residential Training, 70%
The socio-educational-psychiatric model station SOMOSA offers a residential intensive treatment program lasting 9 to 12 months for clients aged 14 to 18 who are experiencing a severe adolescent crisis.
The goal of the treatment is to stabilize the adolescents in their personality to the extent that they can cope with the existing supportive or substitutive socialization systems upon discharge.
The setting and therapeutic instruments consist of elements of psychiatric milieu therapy, structures analogous to socio-educational residential operations, and a psychotherapy offer corresponding to an open psychotherapy station with 365-day operation.
As a possible follow-up solution to our residential therapy program, our external residential training is available.
The adolescents are primarily supported in the evenings with the assistance of experienced professionals. We understand residential training in a broad sense as life training, where training partly means learning specific skills through repeated practice. It requires more self-responsibility from the adolescents but also offers more freedoms compared to a residential group.
During the day, the adolescents usually engage in an external activity or participate in the program within our own daily structure. Therefore, the support mainly takes place in the evenings and only very rarely on weekends.
To complement our residential training team, we are looking for
