We are seeking a highly motivated and unique Assistant to support the Chief Supply Chain Officer (CSCO) of a globally recognized leader in the high-end jewelry and luxury timepiece sector.

Your tasks and responsibities will be:
- You expertly provide all essential administrative support, including meticulous calendar management, handling complex international travel arrangements, tracking all expenses, and seamless meeting coordination.
- You actively assist in organizing internal departmental events, virtual meetings, and high-level in-person sessions, ensuring you prepare all relevant materials (e.g., impactful presentations and detailed agendas).
- You proactively help manage the CSCO's priorities and deadlines, keeping the Executive fully informed and aligned on all critical business issues.
- You support with basic data collection and reporting to help analyze key operational metrics of the supply chain.
- You collaborate effectively with other departments and leadership teams to ensure smooth communication and operational logistics across the luxury group.
- You maintain the highest standard of confidentiality and discretion in all aspects of your role, acting as a trusted professional at all times.
Qualifikationen
Your Profile:
- A minimum of 5+ years of experience in high-level administrative or coordination roles, specifically supporting C-suite or senior executive leaders in a fast-paced, international setting.
- You possess a mature and highly professional demeanor, with a proven ability to confidently and discreetly manage sensitive information and high-stakes interactions.
- Exceptional organizational and time management skills, coupled with an unwavering attention to detail, allowing you to expertly handle complex calendars and logistics.
- Demonstrated comfort and ability to thrive in a dynamic, demanding environment, consistently managing and prioritizing multiple tasks effectively.
- High proficiency across the Microsoft Office Suite (Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and a readiness to adopt new digital tools.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills paired with a proactive, service-oriented mindset?you anticipate needs before they are voiced.
- A strong capacity to work independently, take full ownership of your tasks, and consistently show initiative to improve workflows.
