Then we are looking for you as Head Pastry Chef / Confectioner at the production site in Appenzell – with leadership responsibility and the task of further developing our range: from typical Appenzell specialties to creative new creations that provide delightful moments in our 6 BÖHLI branches as well as for many gastronomy and corporate customers.
What you will achieve with us
- You lead a dedicated team of around 15 employees as well as 4–6 apprentices and ensure a motivating working atmosphere
- You take over production planning, from creative sessions to seasonal specialties to innovative new creations
- You ensure smooth work planning, coordinate appointments and processes, and handle the necessary administrative tasks
