Your tasks
- Operational leadership of the group in shift work including personnel planning and personnel assessment
- Action planning, action leadership and action follow-up of security police operations
- Ensuring basic provision in the operational area of the City Police Baden (including "petty crime")
- Conducting quality controls and forwarding reports, statements, complaints, etc.
- Participation in projects of the department
Your profile
- Completed police training (BBT, certificate)
- Completed police leadership courses I and II (SPI) or comparable leadership courses or willingness to complete these
- Leadership experience advantageous
- Willingness to make decisions, assertiveness and negotiation skills as well as a sense of responsibility
