About the job
A conscientious team leader is sought for an idyllically located nursing home on the Gold Coast in the canton of Zurich, who is available immediately or by arrangement. As part of careful succession planning, you will take over the position as the current incumbent is retiring after many years of service.
Responsibilities
- Organisational, personnel and professional management of approximately 12 subordinate employees
- Participation in direct care and support
- Active involvement in the design of new structures and professional development
- Assumption of thematic project responsibility
Requirements Profile
- Qualification as a certified nurse HF / FH
- Several years of professional experience in long-term care, ideally with completed leadership training
- A warm, positive and responsible basic attitude as well as enjoyment of diverse challenges
- Excellent communication skills in spoken and written form
- High standards for care quality as well as business management thinking and acting
- Very good user knowledge of Office applications and programmes (easyDOK, RAI-NH, PEPS)
