YOUR AREA OF RESPONSIBILITY IN THE KITCHEN CAPITAL
Coordination and distribution of work within the customer service and internal sales teams
Personnel responsibility for around 20 employees
Deputy for the Head of Internal Sales
Monitoring of quality standards and input deadlines
Preparation of offers, offer plans, and perspectives
Preparation of order confirmations, execution, and installation plans
Processing of orders
Support of salespeople during consultations in the showroom
WHAT YOU BRING TO THE KITCHEN CAPITAL
Completed vocational training as a carpenter or draftsman is an advantage
Professional experience in the kitchen industry as well as leadership experience is mandatory
Completed further training in business administration, leadership, or similar is an advantage
Good IT user skills (Office, ERP, planning software Winner)
Sales flair and strong closing skills
Customer-oriented thinking and acting
Precise and reliable working style
