Your tasks
- Responsibility for the conception, planning, and implementation of complex construction and facility projects in an industrial environment
- Ensuring timely, cost-effective, and quality-compliant realization considering risks, resources, and strategic corporate goals
- Promoting technical development and efficiency improvements through innovative solutions and cross-departmental collaboration
- Supporting departments with technical questions as well as training and instructing employees
- Analyzing existing processes and identifying optimization potentials
- Budget responsibility for construction and infrastructure projects
- Preparation of investment proposals
Your profile
- Basic training with a mechanical or electrical background
- Further education at a university of applied sciences in electrical engineering or mechanics or construction technology
- Further training in project management or construction is an advantage
- Several years of experience in managing complex construction and facility projects, ideally in an industrial environment
- Very good MS Office skills
- Experience with project management tools (e.g., MS Project, Primavera, or similar)
- Very good German and good English skills
