Your Responsibilities
The CCC role is carried out in cooperation with HR management
Operation of the Competence Center
Technical leadership of the team (currently 6 members)
Further development of the offering
Further development of our Skill Portal software
Definition of use cases
Project management
Systems engineering
Customer integration projects
Creation and maintenance of skill matrix
Member of the knowledge board
Sales support
Presentations to customers
Marketing contributions
Optimizations in the entire knowledge organization
Project management of development and engineering projects
Your Qualifications
Completed technical/economic studies
Several years of experience in project management of development or engineering projects
Experience in leadership and coaching is an advantage
Experience in talent management is an advantage
Passion for implementing a culture of improvement
Very good German and very good English skills
