The professional services and various forms of housing are used by up to 330 experienced elderly people. At our two locations Kreuzlingen and Bottighofen, we implement contemporary care and support concepts. We are guided by the principles of family-centered care and palliative care. • Holistic, needs-oriented, individual and professionally competent care and support of our residents in various teams
• Competent execution of nursing technical measures
• Electronic nursing documentation with easyDOK and participation in care needs assessment according to RAI-NH
• Regular rounds
• Additional tasks according to individual specifications

• Completed training as Health Specialist EFZ with professional experience
  (for foreign qualifications, equivalent training recognized by the SRK)
• Empathetic, flexible, resilient personality with a high sense of responsibility and ability to work in a team
• Experience in night shifts
• Ideally professional experience in gerontological care in Switzerland
• Great joy in dealing with experienced, care-dependent residents
• Good communication skills with confident German language skills in spoken and written form

• Versatile, demanding and meaningful activity within a professional, motivated and committed team
