Job Description

• Recording, modifying and planning of surgery registrations and bed reservations
• Clarifications regarding cost bearers and processing of correspondence from all stakeholders
• Close contact with patients, medical practices and health insurance companies
• Central interface for fast and good information flow (internal and external), contact point for attending physicians
• Ensuring smooth operation of surgeries

Qualifications

• Health professional EFZ, commercial basic training in the hospital sector, medical practice assistant EFZ or an equivalent qualification
• Experience in the disposition area of a hospital, in the insurance sector or a larger group practice
• Good knowledge of the Swiss health and accident insurance system
• Fluent German skills, additional foreign language skills are an advantage
• A winning and communicative personality with good organizational skills and first-class service orientation
• Absolute discretion, high diplomacy and good manners
• Resilience, flexibility and a reliable and structured way of working
• Preferably Polypoint RAP and OPALE knowledge
