The SAG Foundation is a non-profit organization that implements education and work integration projects for job-seeking individuals throughout Switzerland.
The motivation semester «SEMO - The Vocational Company» supports and accompanies young people with job coaching, schooling, and practical employment on their way to vocational training.

To support our team at the Wattwil location, we are looking for a
SEMO Wattwil is a lively learning place where young people can discover and further develop their strengths. We accompany young people on their way to a suitable apprenticeship. This includes targeted preparation for vocational school as well as closing educational gaps from secondary school. The teaching is oriented to the individual needs of the young people and deliberately leaves room for pedagogical design without a binding curriculum. Learning with us should and may be enjoyable – practical, creative, and individual.
We are looking for a committed and inspiring personality with a teaching diploma (or close to completion) for primary or secondary level or with a federal diploma for teaching at vocational schools or as a trainer with a federal specialist certificate.
Do you have experience working with young people and remain calm even in challenging situations? Patience, flexibility, and openness to change are among your strengths? Then you fit well with us.
