To strengthen our team in the Facility area, we are looking for a motivated and committed Facility Employee 100% (m/f/d) at the Hochdorf location from 03.08.2026.
Your responsibilities
- You ensure the technical availability of the systems in daily business (troubleshooting, maintenance and servicing as well as repair of our machines and systems).
- You independently carry out maintenance and repair work on conveyor systems, binding systems, adjustment ramps and gates as well as on operational equipment.
- You perform general or additional tasks related to the department and support your team with vehicle maintenance, transport systems and disposal.
- You are willing to take on alternating on-call duty and shift work in addition to daily tasks.
- You actively and conscientiously implement technical improvement measures.
Your profile
- Ideally, you have completed basic training in a craft or technical field.
- You already have professional experience in the field of electrical or mechanical engineering.
- You have a high willingness to learn and enjoy a dynamic and lively working day.
- You are physically resilient and enduring at work.
- You have good IT skills including all common Office applications.
- You are proficient in German, both spoken and written.
