Project Manager Architecture / Architect Specialist Planner Coordination, 80-100% (m/f/d)

Tasks

• You independently coordinate and plan construction projects in residential, industrial, and commercial construction
• In doing so, you distribute the work among architects and architectural draughtsmen
• Contacts with clients, specialist planners, and authorities complete your demanding and varied range of tasks
• This mainly concerns the execution planning, but can also occasionally include design planning
• The workload can, depending on preference, be between 80 and 100% (100% in 4 days is also possible)

Requirements

• You have a degree in architecture or equivalent qualifications
• Good knowledge of execution planning is expected
• Describe yourself as communicative, strong in coordination, and goal-oriented!
