A forward-looking and modern non-profit organisation, which with around 80 employees on behalf of ten municipalities ensures nursing and care for customers of all ages at home for 30,000 inhabitants. A fulfilling task that is also fun.

The world’s best team is looking for a qualified nurse HF/FH as Group Leader Nursing 100%, Spitex, near Winterthur

Your tasks:

• The operational management of the nursing team in your region (approx. 20 people)
• Actively driving team development as well as ensuring the professional and customer-oriented delivery of our services
• Contact person for employees, customers, relatives and doctors
• Workplace support and qualification discussions
• Leading team meetings and case discussions
• Further development of nursing quality, internal process organisation and ensuring customer satisfaction
• Active participation in nursing with taking on case management and regular day/evening responsibility

• Knowledge of industry-specific applications (Perigon, interRAI, Office suite)
• Driving licence category B
