Based in the heart of the Jura Arc, in Sonceboz-Sombeval and Boncourt, we operate in a region known for its industrial and technological know-how.

Several Hardware Design Engineer Intern positions are available starting January/February 2026 at our Boncourt site within the Electronics R&D department, dedicated to the development and validation of embedded systems for mechatronic applications aimed at our "Commercial Vehicle" customers.

You will participate in the design, testing, and validation of electronic boards as part of innovative projects:

• Electronic design: participate in defining the hardware (HW) architecture, selecting and sizing components, creating schematics, and simulating circuits to validate technical choices.
• Technical documentation: write justification files for design choices.
• Testing and validation: prepare and perform functional tests of the boards, analyze results, and propose improvement directions.
• Reporting: summarize test results and write reports to share conclusions with the project team.

Two internship topics are offered this year:

• Topic 1: Development of a high-power inverter for electric motor control.
• Topic 2: Implementation of a design process between Altium (Electronic CAD) and Ansys (Simulation) to anticipate Electromagnetic Compatibility issues from the early design phases.
