In the Wohnen Horw as well as in some external apartments with differentiated living units, we support around 80 people with predominantly cognitive impairments. We accompany the residents in their daily lives and leisure activities. Appreciation, personal responsibility, as well as equality and self-determination are central elements of our basic attitude.

Tasks
- Advising and supporting residents to achieve as much self-determination, high autonomy, and competent participation in various areas of life as possible
- Designing educational processes
- Taking responsibility in varied departmental & mandate work
- Organizational and administrative tasks
- Collaboration with the social environment
Requirements
- Training in social pedagogy or as a care specialist
- Experience in working with people with disabilities
- Initiative, pragmatic, and humorous personality
- Resource- and solution-oriented attitude
- Willingness to work irregular hours with occasional night and weekend shifts
