Head of Quality (m/f/d) 100%
Tasks:
- Strategic and operational management of quality management
- Development, implementation, and further development of the quality management system according to ISO 9001, EN 9100, and EASA Part 21
- Planning and conducting internal and external audits
- Creation and maintenance of quality documentation, process descriptions, and work instructions
- Ensuring regulatory and customer approvals as well as maintaining certifications and audits
- Support in certification and maintenance of approvals by customers, authorities, and certification bodies
- Training and advising employees on quality requirements, standards, and processes
- Management and processing of deviations, complaints, and non-conformities (NCRs) including root cause analysis
- Implementation of quality assurance standards within Mecaplex AG and representation of the company towards third parties in quality matters
Requirements:
- Completed technical education
- Further training in quality management
- Several years of professional experience in the aviation industry
- Solid knowledge in ISO 9001, EN 9100, and EASA Part 21
- Confident German and very good English skills in spoken and written form
- Proficient use of MS Office and ERP systems (INFOR)
- Negotiation skills and assertiveness
- Precise, responsible, and independent working style
