Sales Employee Digital Practice Solutions & Process Optimization (100%)
Are you a positive and upbeat personality in sales who wants to support medical practices with digital solutions to make their workflows more efficient and sustainably reduce administrative tasks? In this versatile role, you combine sales, consulting, and training with a good understanding of everyday practice operations.
Your main tasks:
- Sales and implementation of practice software as well as new AI-supported software solutions for medical practices
- Active consulting and support of medical practices in inside and field sales throughout Switzerland
- Conducting presentations, training sessions, and product demonstrations on-site, online, or by phone
- Analysis of existing practice processes and identification of concrete optimization potentials
- Development of practical recommendations to simplify internal practice workflows
- Integration of complementary practice laboratory solutions to efficiently design medical and administrative processes
- Building, maintaining, and further developing sustainable customer relationships
- Support with inquiries related to the deployed solutions
- Participation in the further development of sales materials and sales activities
Your profile:
- Completed training as MPA, MPK, or a comparable qualification in the medical field
- Good understanding of everyday practice operations and administrative workflows in medical practices
- Interest in practice administration and billing topics, knowledge of TARDOC is an advantage
- High affinity for digital solutions, software, and new technologies
- Experience in sales, consulting, or direct customer contact is an advantage
- Ability to explain new solutions simply, understandably, and practically
- Very good German & French skills, English is an advantage
- Analytical thinking combined with a pragmatic and solution-oriented working style
- Independent, structured, and reliable working method
- Positive, open, and upbeat personality with joy in dealing with people
- High service orientation, initiative, and willingness to travel (Switzerland)
- Driver's license category B
