About this position

Do you want to gain practical experience in auditing? Then start your internship in the Audit & Assurance Industry team at Forvis Mazars. 

Your workplace is Zurich, and you will regularly be on site with our clients in the Central Switzerland region. You can expect a young, dynamic team as well as exciting insights into various audit mandates and companies. The start date is possible from October 2026 or by arrangement. 

Your tasks

As an intern in the Audit & Assurance Industry area, you will be responsible for the following tasks: 

• Assisting with statutory audits of consolidated financial statements of international and listed groups according to IFRS and Swiss GAAP FER 

• Conducting limited audits of medium-sized and smaller companies according to OR 

• Conversion of accounting standards 

• Analysis of risk management and control systems 

• Implementation of consolidation solutions 
   

Your team members will coach you and provide regular feedback. You can expect flexible corporate structures that offer insights into various areas and allow entrepreneurial participation. You will take on responsibility for diverse tasks early on and work directly with our clients. 

Your profile

• Graduate (or near completion) of a university or university of applied sciences, ideally specialising in Accounting and Audit 
• Interest in training to become a certified auditor 
• Very good German and English skills, French or Italian is a plus 
• Entrepreneurially minded personality who wants to actively participate in the further development of Forvis Mazars 
• Team-oriented and open to different perspectives
