Position summary
The objective of the Parts Marketing Team is to strengthen the Business Unit Services & Performance by generating more parts volumes, more customer satisfaction and more profit for the company.
Therefore, by making BOBST E-shop more appealing, leading the branding of our Parts, creating targeted communication via multiple channels, coordinating new parts developments, the Parts Marketing Business Expert is a key person in the organization.
This Parts Marketing Team is composed of several members located in different countries around the world.
The Parts Marketing Business Expert scope covers parts for all product lines and regions. He or she will work together with the other members of the Parts Marketing Team and other divisions in the Bobst organization (pricing, sales, communication, controlling, procurement, supply chain, etc…).
Mission

- Analyze our sales trends for various products and recommend strategies to generate increased revenue, profits and customer satisfaction.
- Increase MyBOBST customer penetration and usage.
- Increase the perceived value of Parts via the branding project.
- Coordinate with Group purchasing, R&D and technical teams the development and testing of new products
- Conduct key projects for the BUSP such as Parts localization or Key innovations
- Bring speed, agility and flexibility in our internal processes
- Monitor the results of the actions implemented through Business Intelligence reports.
Education and Experience

- Bilingual English / French
- Bachelor’s degree in statistics, economics, marketing, or related analytical discipline preferred.
- 5 years’ experience in analytics role
- Good capability in Excel, PowerPoint and other Windows applications.
- SAP, Salesforce, BI Tools (Tableau) knowledge and work experience would be a plus.
