A meaningful activity with professional variety, interprofessional exchange
and plenty of room for development awaits you!
Would you like to deepen your knowledge in a modern environment and grow both professionally and personally? Then this position could be a good fit for you. With us, you are part of the Clinical Psychological Service and take on psychological diagnostics and assessments, plan and conduct psychological treatments in individual and group settings and/or contribute to case management. Part of your work also includes collaborating in various therapeutic offerings and specialised consultations. In your daily work, you collaborate closely with colleagues from different professional groups. Interprofessional exchange, a shared focus on patients, and careful and humane treatment planning shape your everyday work.
You conduct psychological diagnostics and assessments within your area of responsibility and accompany patients in individual and group settings throughout the entire treatment process. You plan the treatment together with the interprofessional team, actively contribute your professional perspective, and depending on the situation, also take on tasks in case management. You ensure that therapeutic processes are well coordinated, clearly documented, and professionally implemented.
One part of your work is the ADHD consultation. There you conduct assessments and consultations, prepare reports, and handle the associated correspondence as well as administrative tasks such as obtaining cost approvals. Furthermore, you support various group offerings, for example on topics such as depression, burnout, or stress management, and actively help shape these. You work closely with colleagues from different professional groups, engage in interprofessional exchange, and participate in further training, projects, or professional developments within the clinic.
You have a university degree in psychology and bring experience in clinical inpatient psychotherapy. You are undergoing psychotherapeutic training and have already worked with various clinical pictures.
Besides the professional requirements, we are especially interested in who you are as a person. You approach patients with respect, openness, and professional care. You see changes not as obstacles but as opportunities. Your positive and humorous attitude to life helps you to handle demanding situations with clarity and humanity. You enjoy working in a team, are flexible, actively contribute, and feel comfortable in a family-like SME environment in healthcare, where personal collaboration, personal responsibility, and mutual support are important.
This position offers very varied working days and a variety of opportunities for shaping your work. Decision-making paths are short and networking opportunities are extensive. We operate with flexible working time models and use technologies wherever possible to support our flexibility. We rely on personal responsibility as well as the competencies of our employees and promote these in their further development. Our unique corporate culture is an integral part of our everyday life and for working on an equal footing.
