Operations Manager Flooring (m/f)

To strengthen our team and in view of the upcoming retirement of the current operations manager, we are looking for a dedicated leader to take our flooring department into the future, starting immediately or by arrangement. During a transition period, you will be carefully introduced and supported by the current operations manager.

Operations Manager Flooring (m/f)

Your tasks

• Consultation with builders and architects
• Operational management of the flooring department
• Measurement, quotation, and billing
• Customer acquisition
• Scheduling of personnel and materials
• Site supervision with quality and performance control

• Completed apprenticeship as a flooring installer EFZ with appropriate further training
• Solid professional knowledge
• Several years of professional experience in this position
• High willingness to perform
• Decisive with assertiveness
• Team player and communicative
• Confident and well-groomed appearance
• Driver's license
• Resident and well-connected in the Basel region
