Your tasks
- Managing client accounting including administration of accounts receivable and accounts payable
- Assisting in the preparation of monthly and annual financial statements
- Preparation of periodic reports
- Managing payroll accounting including settlements with social security authorities and tax offices
- Preparation of VAT returns
- Personal client support
- Suggestions for optimization and innovation solutions for our clients and teams
Your profile
- You have completed a commercial basic education, preferably in fiduciary services and/or are currently pursuing a part-time degree at a university of applied sciences/university
- You have initial successful professional experience in accounting, ideally in a fiduciary company (a plus)
- You are proficient in Excel and common IT tools
- You are interested in new technologies and feel comfortable with digital processes
- You enjoy working in an international team and are a team player
- You have good German and English skills (French is an advantage)
