Caretaker with Focus on Garden Maintenance 100% (m/f/d)

What is my role?

As a caretaker specialising in garden maintenance, you will take on a versatile and responsible role in managing various properties. You will not only ensure well-kept outdoor areas but also guarantee the smooth upkeep of the buildings and act as an important contact person on site. Your main tasks include:

• Care and maintenance of green spaces (mowing lawns, hedge trimming, planting, etc.)

• Ensuring order and cleanliness in and around the properties

• Carrying out minor repairs and maintenance work

• Supervision and control of building technical systems

• Winter service (snow clearance and gritting)

• Contact person for tenants, owners and external service providers

What do I need to be successful?

• Completed training as a Facility Management Specialist EFZ or several years of experience in a comparable role

• Experience in garden maintenance is essential

• Manual skills and technical understanding

• Independent, reliable and structured working style

• Driving licence category B is an advantage
