We are looking for a Service Technician to support our team at Endress+Hauser (Switzerland) AG in French-speaking Switzerland.

What is the role about?

You will support our service team as a technician (m/f/d) and carry out calibrations, commissioning, as well as maintenance and repair work directly at our customers in French-speaking Switzerland and, if necessary, to support the German-speaking technicians throughout Switzerland.

What tasks will you undertake?

You will

• Perform calibrations directly on site at our customers
• Calibrate measured variables such as flow, level, pressure, analysis and temperature, as well as other parameters
• Independently carry out commissioning, maintenance, repair and calibration services
• Prepare and follow up service orders administratively

What do we expect from you? ​

You

• Have completed a technical vocational training as an electrical installer EFZ, automation technician EFZ, electronics technician EFZ or an equivalent profession
• Have professional experience in comparable positions
• Bring basic knowledge of analytical measurement technology
• Have a quick grasp, great manual dexterity and a high quality awareness
• Are creative, innovative, solution-oriented and possess the ability to think in a networked way
• Have a pronounced customer and service orientation
• Can present yourself professionally and have friendly and confident manners
• Speak very good German and French, English is an advantage
• Live in French-speaking Switzerland and are flexible for occasional assignments throughout Switzerland to support the German-speaking technicians, if required
• Convince through communication skills, teamwork and a strong service orientation.
