Tasks

Skills
- Bachelor's degree in Facility Management or related field; finance training is a plus.
- Strong Excel skills; experience with ERP, CRM, or CAFM systems.

About the job
Process Manager: Billing 80-100%- Process responsibility: Control and assurance of timely, correct billing of recurring subscription services
- Mutation management: Processing of contract, object and service changes
- Billing & reporting: Service billing, internal posting as well as preparation of quality and key figure reports
- Calculation & analysis: Calculation of new services as well as participation in cost, revenue, budget and forecast analyses
- Quality & processes: Assurance, documentation and further development of billing and quality processes
- Stakeholders & systems: Central contact person for stakeholders as well as technical responsibility for CRM/CAFM applications
- Knowledge management: Training, knowledge transfer as well as maintenance of instructions and documents
- Year-end & audits: Participation in year-end processes and periodic quality checks
- Education: Bachelor FH in Facility Management, Business Administration or a comparable field; further training in accounting or finance is an advantage
- Professional experience: 2–3 years of experience in a comparable role, ideally in billing, contract management, controlling or facility management
- Language skills: Fluent German in spoken and written form; knowledge of another national language or English is an advantage
- IT & system knowledge: Very good Excel skills; experience with ERP, CRM or CAFM systems desirable
- Professional strengths: Strong numerical understanding as well as good process and quality thinking
- Working style: Structured, analytical, independent and solution-oriented
