from the historic site to a modern living space:

With the demolition of the traditional Müllerbräu site at the beginning of 2024, the starting signal was given for one of the most exciting construction projects in Baden. On 8 April 2025, the official groundbreaking took place – since then, a modern neighbourhood has been growing on the historic site, combining work, living and enjoyment.

🌳 An area with a future

On the ground floor, spacious retail and gastronomy areas totalling 2,268 m² are being created. The centrepiece will be a new beer garden in the courtyard, which will become a popular meeting place for mild summer evenings. The ground floor is complemented by 210 m² of office space on the first floor of construction field B.

Above that rise 137 modern rental apartments with 1.5 to 4.5 rooms. They will be built to a high standard and offer modern comfort for singles, couples and families. Marketing starts in summer 2026.

🔧 Impressive dimensions of our work

Behind the visible progress are enormous technical achievements.

A few figures illustrate the scale:

• Earthing and lightning protection (from July 2024):

• Over 1.3 km of copper wire laid

• Dowel and laying (Aug 2024 – Aug 2025):

• 1,500 formwork protectors
• 2,200 lamp dowels
• 6,500 large single boxes
• A total of 85 km of pipes laid

• Cable pulling (Aug – Dec 2025):

• Already 70 km of cable pulled – trend rising

• Final assembly (Jan – Dec 2026):

Installation of over 2,800 T13 sockets

A project of this magnitude would not be feasible without a strong team. Project manager István Szatmári and construction manager Ferenc Lombos coordinate the processes on site. They are supported by our fitters Edmir Bajrami, Janos Percze, Gergö Tamàs Kmetovis and Imer Arifaj, as well as a dedicated team of temporary workers.

Their commitment ensures that the demanding schedules are met and visible progress is made daily. We are proud of our team’s achievements!

With every metre of cable laid and every socket installed, the vision of the new Müllerbräu site comes closer: a vibrant neighbourhood that combines modern architecture, high-quality apartments and attractive gastronomy.
