What is my role?

• Management and organisation of the entire workshop operations for commercial vehicles

• Leadership, motivation and professional guidance of the workshop team

• Ensuring smooth execution of all maintenance, repair and servicing work

• Planning and coordination of workflows as well as MOT appointments

• Monitoring and control of occupational safety and environmental protection regulations

• Scheduling and procurement of spare parts and operating materials

• Budget responsibility and cost control in the workshop area

What do I need to be successful?

• Completed training as a truck or agricultural machinery mechanic

• Driving licence category CE

• Professional experience in the maintenance and repair of commercial vehicles (trucks, trailers)

• Good user knowledge of MS Office programmes

• Independent, structured and reliable working style

• Experience in staff management is an advantage
