• Timely handling, planning, and management of medium and large modernization projects in an international environment
• Together with the project team, you implement the customer requirements specification and develop future-oriented modernization solutions
• You lead a motivated project team, plan and conduct internal engineering activities
• Together with the project team, you create high-quality engineering documents and thus make a significant contribution to the success of the project
• By managing approval and acceptance activities, you ensure flawless vehicle quality and timely approval

• Completed studies as a mechanical engineer, electrical engineer, or comparable education
• Experience in managing projects in an international environment
• Team player with a high level of social skills, commitment, and loyalty
• Fluent in German and English, French is an advantage
• Willingness to travel (20-30%)
