What is my role?

In this exciting and varied role, you are responsible for operating the CNC machining centres in the turning and/or milling area. This includes assisting with the setup of the centres. The quality-compliant production of individual parts up to medium-sized series, including first-piece inspection and intermediate inspection. Any programme corrections are professionally carried out by you. In addition, you check the machining tools and replace them in case of defects and wear. You help to optimise the processes and are responsible for the weekly routine maintenance of the machines. Further tasks may be added depending on suitability.

What do I need to be successful?

• Completed vocational training as a production mechanic EFZ or polymechanic EFZ

• Experience in chip-removing machining

• Knowledge of Fanuc/Siemens controls is an advantage

• Independent and careful working method

• Uncomplicated and reliable personality

• Flexibility and preferably a category B driving licence, as work is sometimes in 2 shifts
