• Management, administration, and continuous development of the Identity & Access Management system (IAM) based on the Omada product
• Performing regular software updates, patches, and version upgrades for the Omada system, including planning and conducting tests
• Ensuring the stability, performance, and security of the IAM applications
• Analyzing and resolving issues as well as optimizing processes within the IAM system
• Supporting the integration of systems and applications into the Omada IAM framework
• Assisting end users in using the IAM system and resolving access issues
• Ensuring compliance with security policies and regulatory requirements through efficient management of user access rights and permissions
• Conducting regular permission reviews and audits
• Documenting all changes, updates, and system adjustments performed
• Collaborating with internal departments to coordinate requirements for access rights and user roles
• Close cooperation with external service providers and the Omada support team to resolve technical challenges

• Completed training in IT with relevant professional experience
• Certifications in Identity & Access Management (IAM) are an advantage
• Solid experience in managing and maintaining Identity & Access Management systems, especially with Omada
• Experience in performing software updates and upgrades as well as applying best practices for system maintenance and optimization
• Good knowledge in managing user access rights and permission management
• Experience with Active Directory, LDAP, and other identity management technologies
• Understanding of IAM standards and policies, especially regarding security requirements and compliance (e.g., ISO 27001, GDPR)
• Excellent problem-solving skills and analytical thinking
• Independent, structured working style and ability to work in a team
• Very good German and English skills, both spoken and written
