For our control service in Solothurn, we are looking for an employee for the control service 80 - 100% starting January 1, 2026, or by agreement.
Your Tasks
- Carry out ticket inspections on trains and buses
- Provide information about transfer options, tariff or network questions on the RBS, BSGU, and Moonliner night line networks
- Act as a customer guide during planned construction sites, operational disruptions, and events
Your Profile
- Completed vocational training
- Experience in direct customer contact, preferably in security or public transport
- Enjoy daily interaction with customers
- Good negotiation skills and resilience
- You convince with a natural, friendly, and helpful demeanor
- You speak Swiss German fluently and preferably have additional spoken foreign language skills
- Driver's license category B, possibly category D
- Enjoy irregular working hours
