About the job

• you take overall responsibility for production, quality, deadlines, safety, costs and productivity
• you lead and develop the production areas as well as the directly subordinate managers
• you plan, control and optimise processes, resources, capacities and interfaces
• you actively drive automation, digitalisation, robotics and continuous improvement forward
• you bring investments and new production methods to decision maturity and implementation
• you work closely with sales, internal services, plant engineering, logistics and other interfaces

• you have a technical basic training in the printing industry or an industrial production environment
• you have further training at HF/FH level or a comparable qualification
• you have several years of leadership and production experience, ideally in the printing industry
• you think entrepreneurially, understand numbers and successfully drive change processes
• you lead clearly, appreciatively and consistently and inspire people for common goals
• you bring enthusiasm for high-quality printed products, renowned customers and new technologies
