Bank Entry for Business School Students: BEM Internship Region Bern

This is what to expect: In the 18 months of the internship, you will receive many opportunities for your personal development, be right in the middle of it instead of just being there, gain valuable experiences during three varied assignments, and dive deep into the banking world, for example:

• Personal customer consultation at the counter or by phone
• Conducting account openings, payments & payment transactions
• In-depth advice on loans, investments & banking products for private and corporate clients
• Projects and exciting insights into digital banking solutions
• And you will finish with the nationally recognized banking industry certificate (BEM).

📍 Our bank branches in the Mittelland

Your training place with us, where you will be supported and accompanied by experienced practical trainers.

📍 CYP (Challenge Your Potential)

Here you will complete the inter-company banking courses and deepen your banking knowledge with modern learning methods.

📍 IGKG

Here you will complete the supplementary inter-company courses and deepen your service and administration knowledge.

📍 Internal sales training & specialist courses

We offer you various training sessions to prepare you for consultations, communication with customers, and the sale of banking services.
