In this versatile role, you will be responsible for the creation, coordination, consolidation, and verification of nationwide orders and can also ensure project coordination and administration of internal and external regional and nationwide projects, including process management in the areas of cleaning, interior landscaping, document disposal, washroom, and other infrastructural services (IGM) as well as access management.
Your main tasks:
- Ensuring compliance with customer specifications regarding orders, contracts, deadlines & quality
- Participation in order and project management IGM & access management KAM CH
- Quality management internally / externally
- Control and order verification of IGM suppliers
- Ensuring flawless order management
- Support and representation of project management
- Independent implementation of small projects including implementation
- Central contact person for internal / external project-related inquiries, general project communication, and protocol management
- Conceptual preparation of requirements and objectives including tendering
- Creation, standardization, or unification of processes and methods
Your profile:
- Completed basic training with EFZ and further training as a project assistant IPMA Level D is an advantage
- Several years of professional experience in project collaboration, project administration, and/or project management processes
- Knowledge in the field of facility management, hospitality/textile/cleaning and/or access management is an advantage
- Proficient use of MS Office, especially Excel and PowerPoint
- Networked thinking and solution-oriented action, independent, structured, and precise working style
- High resilience and flexibility, communicative
- Very good German skills, good French, English, and Italian are an advantage
