On behalf of 28 municipalities with a catchment area of over 100,000 people, we are actively engaged, accessible, and networked in the following areas: Child and Adult Protection Authority (KESB), professional guardianship, social counselling, mother and father counselling, addiction counselling, and school social work.
ICT Project Manager & Application Manager
IT ensures the processes of IT security, IT hardware infrastructure, and software and licence management, and trains or supports employees in IT matters.
Your tasks
- Planning, management, and implementation of IT and digitalisation projects
- Ensuring a stable, secure, and modern IT operation together with two other IT specialists
- Responsibility for application management (analysis and further processing of adjustment and development requests) as well as project management for the introduction of new applications
- Assistance in first- and second-level support for employees
- Coordination and control of external IT service providers and partners
- Responsibility for system documentation, life-cycle management, as well as evaluation and procurement of hardware and software (including budget monitoring)
- Close cooperation with specialist departments and external partners
Your profile
- Completed training in computer science, business informatics, or a comparable qualification
- Several years of professional experience in IT operations or ICT project management
- Enjoyment of digitalisation and process optimisation
- Very independent, structured, and solution-oriented working style
- Experience in the operation and management of business applications is an advantage
- High service orientation and enjoyment of working with various internal and external stakeholders
- Strong communication skills, organisational talent, and assertiveness
- Resilient, responsible, and trustworthy personality
