Lawyer (Intellectual Property Law)
- You advise national and international clients on intellectual property and regulatory issues with a focus on patent and trademark law, unfair competition, and medicinal products law.
- You represent clients in civil proceedings, administrative procedures, and arbitration related to intellectual property, licensing, and medicinal products law.
- You coordinate intellectual property aspects in national and international transactions.
- Excellent academic record
- Swiss bar admission
- Very good English skills
- Experience or interest in the field of intellectual property law
- Interest in technical matters is a plus
