Job Description
It is in the context of a store opening but also a country launch (Kiabi is setting foot in Switzerland for the first time in 2026) that we are looking for collaborators to join this adventure!
One-month fixed-term contract: as soon as possible or to be agreed.
As a Sales Advisor, you are at the heart of the customer experience. Your main missions are:
- Ensure an impeccable customer experience: welcome, advise and support our customers in-store and through our various channels. Build loyalty, present our offer (including second-hand) and promote Kiabi services.
- Make the store irresistible: ensure quality product presentation, neat merchandising, and respect for standards.
- Actively participate in store life: be versatile, adapt to priorities, master internal tools, and contribute to collective success.
- Act for performance: understand commercial indicators, participate in sales actions and company initiatives to directly impact results.
- Ensure a safe environment: ensure compliance with internal rules and procedures for everyone's safety.
- Taking shifts (store opening and closing) may be entrusted to experienced and trusted employees, thus offering additional and rewarding responsibility.
Qualifications
What we are looking for in you:
- Customer commitment and passion for fashion: strong sense of service and active listening to meet needs.
- Proactivity and adaptability: autonomy, responsiveness, and versatility in daily challenges.
- Strong team spirit: active collaboration, sharing expertise, and collective involvement.
- Operational mastery: knowledge of omnichannel sales techniques, merchandising, professional tools, and ability to interpret commercial indicators.
- Mastery of several languages (French, German, Italian) is a major asset for success in this role.
