Your Tasks
- Managing the telephone switchboard
- Managing the Customer Service e-mail inboxes
- Transmitting analysis results
- Writing and managing various correspondences
- Handling complaints from medical practices, clinics and hospitals
- Advising doctors on pre-analytical protocols
- Managing non-conformities and file modifications
- Adding analyses
- Performing various general tasks specific to the department
Your Profile
Technical:
- Scientific or medical training (laboratory technician diploma or medical assistant)
- Good knowledge of common medical analyses, typical results and pre/analytical protocols
- In-depth knowledge of medical practice and hospital procedures with a minimum of 5 years experience
- Comfortable with IT tools and able to work quickly
- Good oral and written command of French
- English and/or German would be an asset
