Job Description

• Record stay data, prepare administrative elements, organize patient admission and appointments
• Transmit clear and reliable administrative, financial, and medical data for proper reservation management
• Participate in operating room planning
• Processing and follow-up of coverage guarantees 
• Answer phone calls, inform patients, provide information to medical offices, direct calls, and respond to emails
• Scanning and archiving

Qualifications

Required qualifications:

• At least two years of professional experience within a Swiss insurance company or hospital admission department
• Diploma in administrative secretarial work or commercial employee CFC
• Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office suite (Word, Excel, Outlook)
• Native French speaker and at least B1 level English proficiency (written and oral communication)
• Strong organizational skills, keen attention to detail and priorities
• Ability to work effectively both independently and as part of a team 
• Sense of discretion, confidentiality, and patient service
• Excellent interpersonal skills

Desired qualifications:

• Experience with Opale software is a great asset
• Proficiency in another language appreciated
• Knowledge of the Swiss healthcare system and insurance procedures
• Experience in appointment scheduling and patient coordination
• High adaptability in fast-paced environments
