Process Manager in the Food Industry (m/f/d)

Responsibilities

• Your main responsibility lies in the timely and quality-compliant production of powdered food products
• In doing so, you lead your team and continuously optimise production processes
• You also ensure compliance with hygiene and quality regulations
• Furthermore, you prepare work instructions and documentation
• Working in a 2- to 3-shift operation rounds off your varied range of tasks

Requirements

• You have completed training in the food industry, for example as a food technologist, cheesemaker / dairy technologist or dairy master, or equivalent (m/f/d)
• Good expertise in spray drying and evaporation processes is a great advantage but not a requirement
• Willingness to work shifts and be on call is expected
• Do you also describe yourself as a proactive, resilient, communicative and coordination-strong professional?
