Employee: Client Billing Spitex

Your tasks

• Correct invoicing (including service control) according to legal, tariff, and operational regulations
• Responsible for inquiries and explanations related to invoicing
• Coordination of the rejection management of disputed invoices
• Contact person for questions from internal service providers
• Collaboration with upstream and downstream departments
• Responsible for accounts receivable management including dunning

How you become part of our team

• EFZ as a commercial clerk and/or a basic medical or further education
• Lobos and/or Nexus knowledge
• Knowledge of medical terminology
• Experience in health and/or health insurance and solid knowledge in the areas of RAI HC, KVG, and UVV is an advantage
• Process- and customer-oriented way of working
