- You take overall responsibility for the leadership and organisation of the branch in close cooperation with the district and/or regional sales management
- You are responsible for the appearance and performance of your branch and implement necessary actions
- You promote successful sales activities among your employees and support, encourage and train them professionally
- You create and control staff deployment and holiday planning
- You ensure merchandise presentation according to guidelines as well as the successful implementation of current advertising measures
- You participate in the operational day-to-day business and ensure competent, comprehensive and friendly advice
- You have completed basic training in retail or similar sectors
- You bring several years of leadership experience and are a motivating role model
- You are willing to go above and beyond to achieve goals together
- You have an affinity for handling operational and business key figures
- You possess the ability to self-reflect, implement feedback and are open to change
- You are an open and communicative personality who convinces through loyalty and respectful interaction
