Job Description
- Supervision and ensuring the operation
- Writing operating regulations
- Training of employees of RSMVA (Masters / Shifts)
- Economic and ecological optimization of the facility
- Troubleshooting
- Conducting and evaluating test incinerations and experiments
- Ensuring the proper disposal of special waste
- Responsible for compliance with emission limits in water, soil, air
- Chemical support for logistics
- Chemical and process engineering support for the Technical Management
- Creation and implementation of safety regulations with SIBE, especially revisions
Qualifications
- Completed degree in chemistry; minimum level Chemistry Engineer HTL / FH
- Further training in business organization and business management is an advantage
- 2 - 3 years of experience in a chemical operation (development or production); ideally with leadership experience
- Ideally knowledge in process engineering as well as chemical process safety and risk analysis
- Knowledge in hazardous materials, steam and heating boilers, as well as occupational safety is an advantage
- Organizational skills and confident handling of MS Office
- Flexible, resilient, and communicative personality
- Fluent in German (written and spoken) and good English skills
