As part of the intercultural meetings for migrant women and their children at the Café Bienvenue within the Espace Couvaloup, attached to the Directorate of Social Cohesion, Housing and Security, we offer a childcare service for the participants' children. These meetings aim to promote social integration and the learning of French. From August 2026, we are looking for a

Preschool Childcare Assistant

Main tasks:

• ensure quality care for a group of children of varying preschool ages
• support the children in their development during the care through activities
• encourage the use of the French language among the children for communication
• participate in some team sessions
• engage in exchanges with migrant women as needed

We are looking for:

• prior professional experience in caring for preschool-aged children (0-5 years) required
• experience and interest in interculturality, an asset
• comfort in working with children and mothers
• autonomous and creative
• ability to work in a team and with volunteers

Conditions and benefits:

• 2.5 hours on Wednesday mornings (8:45–11:15) from August 2026 (except during school holidays) as well as a few team sessions (2-3 times per year)
