• Leadership and further development of our public transport team at the Bern location
• Coordination and organisation of interdisciplinary project teams
• Overall project management as well as technical project management in several trades
• Participation in project acquisition and preparation of offers
• Communication and coordination with various stakeholders
• Creation and control of project documents across all SIA phases 
• Qualitative, timely and financial management of projects in compliance with applicable regulations and processes

• Good network in the public transport sector as well as railway experience (e.g. railway power or technical systems)
• Experience in the public transport environment, ideally in rail transport
• Further education as a technician HF or engineer FH, ideally supplemented by business or project management-related training
• Team-oriented, open and independent working style
