Your tasks:
In accordance with institutional values, you provide assistance to residents in all daily life activities, according to their needs and wishes. You also participate in the traceability of care actions (meetings, care records, etc.). You support residents daily to ensure them the best possible quality of life.
Profile sought
- Holder of a 120h health assistant certificate or equivalent
- Minimum 3 years of experience in geriatrics and/or psychogeriatrics
- Knowledge of the SADIES Resident Computerized File
- Dynamic, empathetic, organized, conscientious, autonomous
- Appreciates teamwork
- Respectful of institutional rules
- French level B
